hi ftws i want to spec other people and amke them to ftws but i dont know if i can do that can everybody spec other peolpe and make them to ftws or only the admins?

Only Foxxi and I can make other people to ftw's.
But if you have found a good player you can say they should register here, so we can talk about that.
But registering here doesnt mean that these guys are fTw's.
